   Full payment is required before production. All orders are confirmed once payment is received.
2. Custom Orders
   Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
   Shipping times depend on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs.
4. Returns & Refunds
   Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery only for manufacturing defects or wrong items.
   Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
