1. Custom Orders
All customized / custom-made toy and craft products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts.
2. Standard Wholesale Orders
Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery only for manufacturing defects or wrong items sent by our error.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Claims & Process

We will review your claim and provide a solution within 2 business days.
